Many people think there is only way to dust everything. This is not the case. Special care must be taken care to ensure that no cleaning solvents seep into the electronics. These tips will help you dust electronics better.
Cleaning liquids can leave residue or seep into electrical circuits. This will damage your equipment permanently. To prevent damage, don't solvents unless they have been tested and used safely with electronic equipment.
Try to buy a duster that doesn't create static electricity. Static electricity can forever short out circuits in electronics, making them fancy paperweights. Buy something that doesn't allow a static charge to build, and use that to do most of your dusting.
Companies now sell cans of air that you can buy to spray in the nooks and crannies of electronics. These force dust and other particles off of electronics and keyboards. This may increase system performance.
