For students pursuing an M.S. in Technical Communication or an M.S. in Communication and Rhetoric, earning a certificate in conjunction with the required M.S. coursework is a great way to add depth to one's communication knowledge and skills, as well as one's marketability.
The Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) Certificate is also offered as a stand-alone option for distance students.
