Towels are always used in the bathroom, whether they are hand or whole body towels. They need to be kept clean as well, as they pretty much hold whatever was on your body when you touched it. Therefore, if you were sick, you may end up transmitting some of those germs to others. These tips will help you keep clean towels.
Putting them in the washer and dryer at least once per week will not only remove what was on the towels, but it will strengthen the towels' ability to absorb water and become dry. A towel may get "used to" being dry or wet if you leave it in that state for too long.
The manufacturers of the towels know what they are doing. They have printed special cleaning directions on the towels to show how to keep your towels in optimum condition. If you don't follow the directions, chances are that your towels may not be performing at their optimum level.
After you have finished with using your towels, hang them up. This will allow more air to get at them, allowing them to dry faster. Nothing is worse than having a wet towel to dry yourself when you come out of the shower.
