Your medicine cabinet can reveal a lot about you. It can reveal what you are taking, but also it reveals who uses your bathroom and also how you think. The steps below will help you to organize your medicine cabinet even better and also protect any children.

To better your medicine cabinet:

• Place pills and gels away from children's reach

  This will prevent them from accidentally picking up your pills and taking them, and also experimenting with them in any form.

• Keep everything drug-related with a big label on it

  This will help you find what pills you need to take and also which ones are are not yours. This will help prevent you from taking anybody else's pills by accident.

• Regularly take everything out

  Every month or so, take everything out of your medicine cabinet. See what items have expired or you're are not using any more. If there are any pills or medications that fall in this category, remove them from the cabinet, as they take up space and time.
