Everyone needs space to put more into their garage. Here are some simple techinques for you to try to create more space.
Simply putting up shelves can save you some space. They can be put up nearly anywhere. The quality of the shelf is up to you, though try to get something sturdy enough to handle what you want to put on it. You can also find them at your local hardware or wood store, Home Depot, or Lowe's, as well.
Clutter accumulates wherever it can. If you can rearrange your garage, you are already on a nice start. See if you can place boxes next or on top of each other if you can, as this creates floor space. Also see if you can just move items around as well, as you may find a better spot for them.
This may seem to go in the wrong directions, but buy some boxes. If you can place assorted items (preferably related to each other, but they don't have to) into them, you'll remove clutter. It is also a good idea to label these boxes as well to know what they contain. And you can also stack these boxes as well, making your space cleaner.
Old boxes take up a lot of space. Determine if you need them, and if you don't, get rid of them.
