Schwinn's Airdyne model is quite fascinating: it is an exercise bike that generates resistance the harder the user pedals. Also, as the user pedals, he/she receives a cool breeze generated from pedaling. This model also keeps track of workout statistics as well: time, distance, calories, calories per hour, and RPM (revolutions per minute) are just some of the quantities tracked. |

These are the Bowflex SelectTech free weights. These weights allow the user to "dial up" their desired weight load on each weight by turning a dial to the desired weight. The weights start at 5lb. and can be turned to as heavy as 52.5lb. | ||
